Partner - Accountancy firm - non Audit

This position offers a base salary starting from £120,000, complemented by a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Role

The appointment of a new Partner is a pivotal strategic move aimed at ensuring the company's achievement of its objectives. The role entails a range of critical responsibilities non-Audit:

• Driving corporate and business development initiatives
• Overseeing strategic planning and execution
• Managing operational and financial aspects of the organisation
• Ensuring robust financial governance
• Implementing process improvement measures
• Managing and developing the company's human capital through recruitment, retention, resource allocation, and training and development efforts

Candidate Profile

We are seeking highly qualified individuals with a background in Practice their full career and operated up to Director level or Practice trained Industry professionals who qualified in Audit, Corporate Finance, Restructuring, or Business Services gained within a reputable Accountancy Firm, who have subsequently transitioned into leadership positions within industry. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Previous experience in Practice and now operating at Finance Director/CFO level
• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• A background in Audit/Corporate Finance, Restructuring, or Business services within an Accountancy Firm and experience reporting under IFRS regulatory standards
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
