About our Partner Marketing Director, EMEA role:
In this hands-on Director role, you will deliver increased partner contributions to regional growth strategies through effective partner-led, demand generation and engagement. These activities align with Sage's global partner performance marketing priorities and measures and accelerate our growth strategy to drive annualized recurring revenue (ARR).

Summary of your day-to-day?
In the role of Director within the Partner Marketing division, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Global Partner Marketing. Your responsibilities encompass a wide range of strategic initiatives aimed at driving value and volume through partner-led demand generation and engagement. This entails providing inspiring leadership and coaching to in-country Partner Marketing teams, fostering their development and maximising their potential.

Key Responsibilities
This role involves creating and implementing effective Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for co-marketing initiatives. It requires managing budgets, overseeing data analysis, creating enablement materials, and fostering collaboration with global and local Performance Marketing teams. They contribute to building Partner Marketing capabilities and driving brand governance and management through partners.
Minimum qualifications:
• Effective leader of people, coach, mentor, and communicator
• Skilled in influencing stakeholders/relationship management across multiple teams, internally and externally.
• Compelling background building sell-to /sell-through /sell-with relationships, ideally with global partners.
• Ability to embrace a growth mindset and inspire others to do the same.
• Considerable experience and understanding of the dynamics and operations of indirect (partner) channels and partner types.
• Proven record of creating and delivering successful partner strategies with the ability to switch between tactical and strategic initiatives that deliver forecast results.
• Highly skilled collaborative problem solving with both cross-functional and external stakeholders.
• Must have marketing experience in the technology/software space.
• 10+ years in the technology or related sector
Technical / professional qualifications:
• 5+ years of partner/channel marketing experience
• 5+ years' experience building & executing GTM plans across direct & indirect channels.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience in SaaS sales channel enablement
