If you are, then you could be well-suited to this exciting new opportunity to work across sectors to develop a strategic approach to Housing Retrofit in East Sussex.
We are on a mission to transform the scale of Housing Retrofit in East Sussex. With a commitment to achieving net-zero carbon emissions, we’re looking for a dynamic individual to spearhead our efforts. As the Partnership and Programme Development Manager, you’ll drive a collaborative programme to decarbonise homes, tackle fuel poverty, and promote health equity. Through this initial two-year programme you will:
- Lead the development of innovative cross-sector strategies and partnerships.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive a sustainable approach to Housing Retrofit.
- Champion innovation and best practices in Housing Retrofit strategies.
- Identify and promote emerging policy and funding opportunities.
- Facilitate the implementation of the Retrofit Skills Plan for East Sussex.
- Develop a comprehensive communications plan to raise awareness.
- Foster citizen and community-informed approaches to retrofit.
- Deliver projects to maximise resources and reduce inequalities.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong partnership working and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in programme and project management.
- Ability to develop and communicate complex information clearly.
- Strategic thinking and business planning expertise.
- Track record in funding bid development and project management.
- Highly self-motivated with excellent leadership skills.
