As the Partnerships Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our community and partnership strategy to new heights, supporting the charity in its mission to continue shaping the future of physical activity and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement strategies for building and maintaining new business development opportunities.
- Support new client relationships, growing the portfolio, and enhancing retention of current contracts.
- Act as the key contact for all partners and stakeholders within your area.
- Manage the day-to-day implementation of partnership retention strategies.
- Identify and develop programs aimed at increasing levels of participation and physical activity in our communities.
- Collaborate with key partners, ensuring a coordinated approach towards shared goals.
Experience & Skills:
- Degree in Sports Development, Business Management, or related subject (desirable).
- Senior-level experience within fitness, leisure, retail, or similar industry (desirable).
- Account/Partnership Management experience (essential).
- Good understanding of local authority management contracts (desirable).
- Experience in delivering projects across multiple stakeholders (desirable).
- Successful team management and leadership (essential).
- New business planning and strategy development (essential).
- Extensive knowledge of sector operations and product delivery (essential).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (essential).
- Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and project management skills (essential).
