Hawkfield Recruitment is working with a dealer group who are looking to add an additional Parts Advisor to their team. You will be joining a busy and fast-paced environment with a considerable trade business.
We are looking for candidates who share a passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service for all our customers and are willing to learn new skills both as an individual and as part of a team. The successful candidate must have experience of working within an aftersales/automotive industry and be someone who can thrive in this environment and complement the strengths of the existing team.
Salary for Parts Advisor: GBP25,000 basic salary - Plus a monthly bonus.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
Responsibilities of Parts Advisor:
- Assisting workshop, trade, and retail customers with parts related enquiries through all communication channels
- Maximising all sales opportunities
- Keeping stock maintained
- Ordering parts
- Using DMS/Parts catalogues
- Checking parts in
- Dealing with customer over the phone
- Managing warranty and new parts returns

- The ability to work on your own initiative.
- Flexibility and be able to manage a variety of jobs at any one time.
