Parts Advisor
Salary: £27,580 - £30,056 plus excellent benefits package!
Working Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Scania GB are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills to take on the exciting role as a Parts Advisor. The main responsibility of this role is to provide timely and efficient support for the Aftersales operation whilst meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Order parts in line with operational needs and chase suppliers.
Assist with delivery and collection of parts when required, ensuring they are packaged and documented correctly.
Support increased part sales and fixed price repairs through proactive selling utilising the primary national part sales programmes.
Answer the phone in a friendly and open manner using the company standard greeting.
Build and develop customer relationships through the provision of sound parts knowledge and excellent customer service, ensuring that customer requirements are met or always exceeded.
Assist in controlling optimum stock profile for the branch whilst minimising levels of obsolescence.
Proactively embark on perpetual stock checks working to reducing stock check line discrepancy rate.
