Parts Advisor Job in Crawley

Workshop Receptionist Required in the Crawley area.
Salary: Up to £24,462 – £26,487 Basic Depending on Experience
Hours: 8am - 6pm Monday - Friday. 37 hours a week!
They are seeking an Experienced Workshop Parts Receptionist who has at least 1 years automotive service experience within a reception role, or similar environment, to join and support the work of their Service/Parts Reception department. Within this Workshop Parts Receptionist role your day to day duties will include: 

• Your role will entail serving both onsite colleagues, and those from the wider company to ensure that vehicles are repaired and operational again as quickly as possible.
• You will greet customers, employee’s and outside agencies, and establish their requirements before dealing with them or passing to relevant staff as applicable.
• You will need to build good relationships with your colleagues and our suppliers, ensuring they receive the best advice with your product knowledge and the parts catalogues.
• You will identify, source and order parts, check incoming stock against delivery notes, handle and store stock in its rightful place.
• You will learn and adhere to Coshh and Health & Safety guidelines.
• You will process invoices from external suppliers accurately and in a timely manner.
• You will maintain stock records precisely and carry out periodic stock checks for audit purposes.
