Form of workSoper Lincoln is looking for a Parts Advisor.
Your role
The hours of work are between 08:00-18:00 Monday to Friday and 08:00-13:00 Saturday (on a rota basis).
The Parts Advisor will supply parts to both public and trade customers, as well as the internal workshop.
Responsibilities
- Organise vehicle parts sales to meet customer and internal requirements
- Maximise sales volumes and margins
- Identify customer parts requirements
- Maintain parts stock and stock records
- Process parts orders efficiently
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Promote parts and accessory sales
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Ensure parts stock holding is kept to a minimum
Your profile
The candidate should be a highly motivated individual with previous experience and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Essential:
- A UK driving license
- Previous Parts department experience
Desirable:
- Knowledgeable in vehicle layout, parts catalogues and computer stock lists
