An opportunity has arisen within the Customer Services Team at the City of Lincoln Council for a Part Time position for the role of Customer Services Advisor. The role will involve dealing with customers either by phone, email, web chat or face-to-face. Our skillsets include Housing rents and repairs, Revenues and Benefits, Refuse and Environmental Health and main reception and switchboard.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate customer focus and an ability to work efficiently as part of a multi-skilled team. An ability to use Microsoft Office packages is essential.
Key responsibilities:
- Work under the general direction of one of the Customer Services Team Leaders to deal with queries received from customers and stakeholders across a range of Council services.
- Provide advice and support to the Customer Services Team Leaders to help continually improve the service provided to customers and stakeholders.
