Our client is a leading company based in Thetford, dedicated to delivering high quality Customer Service. With a focus on excellence and innovation, they have established themselves as a trusted provider in their industry and continue to expand their operations.
We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their team and play an important role, in maintaining their exceptional standards of customer satisfaction.
Daily responsibilities to include:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, telephone and website messages
- Assisting with managing the company's online eBay shop, handling listings, orders, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Invoicing using Xero Accounts software
- Maintaining accurate records
- Providing product advice and support to customers
- Meeting potential customers in the company showroom, where you will provide product advice and recommendations
- Working with Couriers and Courier Management Software
- Assisting with the dispatch of items where necessary
- Working closely with team members to streamline administrative processes
- Undertaking adhoc tasks as required by Management
- Previous experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within a technical or retail environment
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with a professional and friendly manner
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in using online platforms such as eBay and Microsoft Office suite
- Knowledge of invoicing processes and basic accounting principles is advantageous
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
