SalaryWe are recruiting a Parts Advisor with a successful Truck dealership based near Dungannon
As part of the aftersales team, you will be the point of contact on the parts counter, serving the workshop and also external customers, providing a great level of customer service at all times.
Experience working in a Parts or Stores role would be preferable, as well as having excellent customer service skills and familiar with using basic IT systems.
Monday to Friday hours with some Saturdays on a rota
The Role
- Deal with parts enquiries over the phone, emails and in person
- Coordinate and organise parts for workshop team
- Stock control and stock checking, ensuring key parts are organised
- Use parts computer system effectively
- Carry out parts deliveries if required
- Help ensure the parts department is working efficiently
The Person
- Great customer service skills
- Experience with basic IT systems
- Preferably have experience in a similar Parts or Stores role from motor trade
- Full clean driving license
