Start date: Immediate Start Available

Pay: 27,000 – 31,000 DOE

Job Type: Full-time, permanent

The Role

We are currently recruiting a Parts Assistant for our depot in Forfar, this role is ideal for anyone with mechanical knowledge and previous customer service experience.

No two days are the same. This role is within our parts department where you will be identifying and sourcing parts for our external customers and our internal departments, dealing with counter sales, internal goods, and customer inquiries.

With a wide area of responsibilities, we are looking for someone confident in working independently and as part of a team, with a pleasant manner and deminer and great customer service skills.

Knowledge or previous experience in a parts department or mechanical role is preferred but not required.

Training will be provided in the areas required.

The Company

Essential Experience/Skills:

• Full driving license
• NAT 5 Maths & English
• Experience in a customer-facing role (eg retail, sales, hospitality)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Customer-focused, hardworking and trustworthy
• Excellent memory
• Willingness to learn

Preferred but not essential:

• Previous experience/knowledge of parts
• Mechanical knowledge
