Part Time Administrative Assistant

Major Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting a Part Time Administrative Assistant on behalf of our client in the Forfar area.

As Part Time Administrative Assistant you will be joining a small tight-knit administrative team.

Key Details:

• Salary: 12.50 - 13.50 per hour
• Contract: Permanent
• Location: Forfar, own transport essential
• Hours: Monday - Wednesday, 9am - 5pm, 22.5 hours per week

Your Responsibilities:

• Invoice processing
• Maintaining client records and files
• Provide high levels of customer service in person, via telephone and email
• Bank Reconciliation
• Credit Control

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working in similar administrative role essential
• Previous fiance experience desirable
• Ability to work under own initiative
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages with the ability to adapt to bespoke packages
• Ability to demonstrate high levels of customer service
