PA required in Montrose to provide assistance to a tetraplegic man, mainly in his home with every aspect of day to day living including medication management, household cleaning and dog walking.
You will be directly employed a minimum of 30 hours a week, at £12 per hour, but with holiday cover etc you will have the opportunity to work many more. Working various daily shifts, usually split days 8.00am to 13.00pm and 18.00pm to 11.00pm. Shifts include weekends and public holidays. NB Holiday pay is based on the number of hours worked not contracted hours. Statutory sick pay. Public holidays are paid at time and a half, and double time for Christmas and New Year.
- Previous experience working in a similar role is preferred but not essential. - Due to location driving licence preferred but not essential - Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team. - Compassionate and patient nature, with a good sense of humour.
