Parts Sales Representatives:
We are ideally looking for an automotive Parts Sales Representative with experience working in a similar role in the automotive parts network. You will have demonstrable parts experience along with computer skills, including experience of operating database packages, email and internet. Working in this critical customer facing role, the Parts Sales Representatives are key to the business.

Parts Sales Representitive requirements include:
• Prepare and use a planned sales presentation, to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
• Create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.
• Contribute to the achievement of maximum customer retention through effective representation.
• Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key competitors.
• Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with professionalism and sensitivity.
• Produce reports on all business sales activities
• Meet with existing customers regularly to present new offers, to secure future business opportunities.
• Contact prospective customers in a structured consistently professional manner.
