We are recruiting an experienced Parts Sales Representative for a Car Dealership Group in the Derby area.

We are looking for an automotive Parts Sales Representative with experience within a similar role in the automotive network. (Must be in Parts distribution or Automotive Logistics). You will have demonstrable parts experience along with computer skills, including experience of operating word processing and database packages, email and internet.
Working in this critical customer facing role, our Parts Sales Representative are key to our National Parts Hubs.
Role and Responsibilities:
Prepare and use a planned sales presentation, to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities, including customer greeting, qualifying, handling objectives, product presentation and demonstrations, closing and delivery.
Create additional sales opportunities for repeat or new business.
Contribute to the achievement of maximum customer retention through effective representation.
Develop and maintain full knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key competitors.
Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with professionalism and sensitivity, and involve your Manager when necessary regarding any customers issues.
Produce reports on all business sales activities including follow-up, prospecting, sales presentations, new clients etc, to ensure accurate sales forecasts.
Meet with existing customers regularly to present new offers, to secure future business opportunities.
Contact prospective customers in a structured consistently professional manner, ensuring all contact by telephone or correspondence used adheres to retailer standards.

You will be directly responsible managing the day to day running of the department including trade Parts Sales, internal retail customer sales and workshop supply. This is a busy position within the heart of one of our centres and will ideally suit someone who has previously gained exposure in a main dealer environment.
