Pastoral Lead

About the Pastoral Lead Role:

As the Pastoral Lead, you'll provide leadership in student welfare, behaviour, and attendance, ensuring all students can fully engage in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address individual barriers to learning
  • Monitor behaviour and progress, implementing targeted interventions
  • Support student transitions and promote high behavioural standards
  • Deliver personalised well-being sessions and support exit transitions
  • Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to develop support plans


About You:
