AddressAdkins & Cheurfi are currently looking to recruit a passionate and innovative Pastry Chef for a luxury hotel based in Richmond, North Yorkshire. The Pastry Chef will join a well-established kitchen team and join the talented head chef in the production of his locally sourced menus.
Our client is an elegant, enchanted hotel with 30 bedrooms and 2 self-catering cottages. Our client is well known for using fresh ingerdients produced in their own kitchen garden. Our client also hosts magical weddings throughout the year.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- 2-year Pastry experience working within a hotel kitchen.
- To be motivated and able to follow the instructions to the highest specification
- A genuine passion for all things pastry
- Ability to work to a high standard under pressure
