5 Hertford Street is the beautifully appointed private member's club owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley; located in the heart of Mayfair. Our aim is to be a home away from home, in the utmost comfort, where members are looked after by a team who know them by name.
We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef De Partie to join the production site team, based in South London.

The Experience & Qualifications required :
- Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member's club advantageous
- Previous experience in a similar position is essential; preferable Michelin-star restaurant background
The responsibilities are:
- To supervise, assist and co-ordinates all preparation/presentation
- To plan production in order to facilitate all daily requirements
- To develop appropriate seasonal menu offerings in conjunction with the Pastry Chef
- Straight shifts, up to 48 hours a week
