Responsibilities:
* Design and innovate dessert menus, ensuring they complement the overall culinary offerings of the restaurant.
* Oversee the daily production of high-quality pastries and desserts, ensuring consistency and adherence to our culinary standards.
* Maintain strict quality control measures to uphold the restaurant's reputation for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
* Work closely with the kitchen team to coordinate the timing of dessert preparation with the overall flow of the dining experience.
* Bring fresh ideas and creative concepts to the table, staying abreast of industry trends and presenting unique pastry options.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant or Hotel setting.
* Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, flavors, and presentation.
* Ability to manage a pastry section efficiently.
