What you will do as a Demi Chef de Partie
As Demi Chef De Partie you will supervise the assigned station / section of the outlet kitchen, in order to prepare a consistent, high quality product and ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service that supports the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards.
Some of the key processes include but are not limited to:
- The preparation all aspects of the pastry MEP.
- To maintain the assigned station / section in a clean and orderly manner at all times.
- To follow standard recipes and minimise waste to help ensure that the outlet’s food cost is in line with budget.
- Ensure the organization’s food policy and strategy in areas such as allergen management are implemented and followed
- Controlling the order and storage of food supplies
The ideal candidate will have experience in a role similar to this or and relevant. You will be positive and have a need to succeed and progress as a Chef and a department.
