The 'go-to' Patent firm in the UK is currently looking to expand their litigation team with the addition of one or two experienced Patent Litigation Associates for its London office.
Our client holds a premier position in UK Patent Litigation, recognized across top directories. With a team comprising experts in intellectual property law, many with scientific or technical backgrounds including numerous PhDs, they excel in navigating complex patent disputes. Their track record spans high-profile cases across various industries and technologies, representing clients at every level of the UK courts, from the Intellectual Property Enterprise Court to the Supreme Court, where they've contributed to precedent-setting decisions.
Ideal Candidate:

• 1-4 years Patent Litigation experience
• An ideal candidate would hold a degree in technology or life sciences (degrees in other areas will also be considered)
• Hold a genuine interest in innovation and technology
• Be comfortable working at a high technical level on complex technologies and cases.
• Must have litigation exposure.
• Must be UK qualified.
