Job description

Pathway Lead

Haberdashers’ Abraham Darby is passionate about learning in its widest sense. Our mission is to ensure that our pupils value and enjoy their learning inside and outside the classroom.

The ADAPT and THRIVE provisions are two of our alternative pathways and a fundamental part of our pastoral support. The provisions support KS4 / KS3 learners, who have a variety of Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and require a more bespoke environment to access a broad and balanced curriculum.

We are seeking to appoint a Pathway Lead. You will support the Head of Pathways, with passion and creativity, in the mentoring and support of pupils in the Alternative provision, promoting whole school ethos and practice.

You will establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, staff and external agencies in line with the Academy’s vision and values.

If you think you have what it takes to make a real difference to the lives of the young people at Haberdashers’ Abraham Darby then we would love to hear from you!

Haberdashers’ Abraham Darby is committed to safeguarding and protecting children and young people. All posts working with children, young people and vulnerable adults will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check (including a check of the Barred List) and thorough pre-employment checks.
