A fantastic opportunity is now available for you to join one of the UK’s largest independent healthcare providers as a Patient Administrator .
Their Bolton hospital (rated “Good” in all areas) currently offers a wide array of planned health services - including specialist surgeries, dietetic support, and bespoke physiotherapy – to both NHS and self-funded visitors.
As a Patient Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, staff, and visitors, helping with queries and managing referrals. You will therefore play a key role in keeping patients’ healthcare journeys smooth and stress-free.
This is ideally a permanent , full-time role (37.5 hours/week) for a Patient Administrator.
Need more flexibility with your hours? Bank shifts are also available for experienced individuals.
Person specification:
- (Desirable) Previous experience as a Patient Administrator.
- (Essential) GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Grade 4-9.
- (Essential) Good computer proficiency.
