Spire Manchester Hospital has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our outpatient team on a full time, permanent basis.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday variable shift between 7:45 am - 3:45 pm and 12 pm - 08:00 pm. Occasional weekends will be required. Please only apply if you can commit to this!

Acting as a Spire Ambassador, as Patient Services Administrator you will be delivering a high quality patient experience to the private enquiry process, demonstrating Spire behaviours across each transaction
Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicating effectively, positively and professionally with our prospects and customers to help them make an informed decision about having a clinical consultation with a view to having a procedure at our hospital
- Collating and preparing patient case-notes ready for the pre assessment nursing team
- Maintaining departmental electronic and manual filing systems accurately in line with GDPR
- Ensuring the provision and maintenance of an efficient patient administration service within the hospital
- Providing information to patients, consultants and other relevant departments in a timely and courteous manner
What we're looking for
- Experience of face to face customer/patient interaction
- Has excellent Administration skills using different databases and systems (training will be given)
- Exceptional phone manner
- Having previous medical knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
- Enthusiastic and energetic professional
