We are working with a lovely GP Practice in Clifton who require a Patient Care Coordinator on a permanent basis.
Duties include (but not limited to)
- Taking inbound calls from patients
- Booking Appointments
- Post
- Scanning of documents
- Updating patient details onto the database
Our client requires someone who can hit the ground running with an excellent telephone manner and customer services skills.
