Based in a beautiful location in Henley-on-Thames, DB Charles Recruitment are working with an Accredited Medical Clinic & business to help them identify and hire a new Patient Coordinator & Receptionist.
The role will work closely with senior management and the managing directors, with the Patient Coordinator / Receptionist responsible for the smooth running of the day to day of the clinic, plus front of house.
Duties for the role will be:
- Organising clinic rotas
- Coordinating with the clinic staff
- Ordering supplies
- Ensuring the clinic is kept to fantastic visual standards
- Liaising and query handling with customers
- Diary management
- Aiding in the daily CQC checks
- Additional general finance & HR admin
For this role the client is looking to see candidates / CV's with the following experience:
- A strong career background with substantial experience in office administration, preferably within clinics / medical settings
- Ability to handle multiple aspects in a busy and growing office environment.
- Highly numerate and organised.
- Highly literate and experienced with standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experienced working with Xero Accounting would be beneficial however not essential
- Self-motivated and disciplined; ability to cope with varying workloads and out-of-hours demands.
- Ability to commit to a permanent office based role in Henley-on-Thames.
The role will be working Monday to Friday, full time office based from 8:30am to 5:00pm. The business are ideally seeking to pay a salary dependent on experience of anywhere between £28,000 to £30,000 per annum.
