Bradford Council is looking for a Pay and Reward Advisor to join the Strategy and Reward team and help in the delivery of job evaluation, compensation and benefits within the Council.
As a Pay and Reward Advisor some of your duties will include:
- Working as an efficient point of contact to provide professional advice and guidance on pay & reward queries.
- Coordinate, facilitate and participate in the evaluation of jobs throughout the whole Council using the recognised job evaluation schemes, including coordinating and participating in grading panels, appeals panels and recording outcomes, whilst ensuring governance is followed at all times.
- Participate fully in providing an end-to-end job evaluation process as required, including ensuring there are an adequate number of individuals trained across the organisation to undertake timely job evaluation and gradings for Bradford Council and any partner organisations as applicable.
- To ensure that a comprehensive job profile library and job evaluation outcomes are collated and stored securely, ensure an auditable trail of decisions and outcome is available on request by those eligible to have sight of the data.
- Support HR projects through contributing to working groups, meetings, and corporate groups.
- To provide timely reports as requested on Pay and Reward elements of the organisation.
