I am delighted to work with a professional services client in Leeds to recruit a Reward Advisor on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Reward Manager this is an ideal opportunity for a Reward Analyst looking to develop and progress their career in an international business.
In this role you will work closely with the Reward Manager to deliver day-to-day operations within Reward, as well as supporting on annual reward cyclical activity and Reward projects. My client is looking for someone who is curious, tenacious, and ambitious with a willingness to learn. Main duties:
- First point of contact for all Reward queries from HR as well as the wider business
- Data analysis on annual reward cyclical activity
- Management of the annual Reward calendar
- Lead on updating and reviewing Reward policies, procedures and processes.
- Salary and benefits benchmarking
- Data reporting
- Lead on annual benefit's renewal activity
You will have proven experience of working within a Reward or Benefits role along with an excellent understanding of technical legal knowledge of pay, benefits and pensions.
You are highly numerate with excellent excel skills to include, pivot tables and v look ups. With strong analytical skills you have the ability to scrutinise data providing accurate and up to date reporting. You are a team player who enjoys working collaboratively with a curious mindset to challenge the norm and present new ideas.
