JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for providing a seamless payout process for internal sales teams.
Administration supporting the Sales Executives
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Chasing decisions and Payouts from funders, updating the system accordingly
- Accurately updating documentation, dealing with and resolving any documentation issues
- Working closely with the sales teams and sales support ensuring that communication between the teams is transparent and accurate; providing feedback where relevant
- Timely payout of document packs received from sales teams within set SLAs
- Resolving queries
- Assisting with Audit requirements
- Producing Funder Invoices
- Packaging pay-out for files
- Signing off Internal credit conditions in line with the Underwriters
- Sending out the Regulated HP Statements on a daily basis
- Any other duties required by management
