About the role

Are you an experienced Accounts Payables Officer interested in a new challenge, or have you just finished your education and are looking to gain a new office experience?

We are looking to appoint a dynamic and motivated Payables Officer for our busy Accounts Payables team. We are happy to consider applicants with or without Payables experience or recent graduates, school leavers without office experience. The successful applicants will be expected to demonstrate the right attitude to this role, ability to learn quickly and show the potential of being able to positively contribute to our team.

What will you be doing?

Based on the individual experience, you will also be expected to manage various payments activities such as invoice processing, PO matching and payment queries, CIS invoices and interface spreadsheets by using various internal/external online systems.

This role is ideal for individuals who are happy to work towards tight deadlines but appreciate having plenty of autonomy to oversee their own work. Strong organisational and IT skills, ability to prioritise own workload and high commitment to providing an excellent service to our customers is essential.

About you

The role is essential to delivering high quality services for a wide variety of internal and external customers. Key responsibility is to process a high volume of invoices, maintain the supplier records, manage various customer queries and much more!
