Payments Executive

BettingJobs are currently seeking a Payments Executive to join the team of an established iGaming operator based in Knutsford. As a Payments Executive, you will be responsible for the overall management of payment related duties.

This role would be suited to an individual with experience in a finance and an interest in crypto, who is eager to develop their career in a dynamic and fast-growing iGaming company.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out payment approvals & rejections.
• Manage and process all manual payments.
• Effectively handle queries related to payments via support channels.
• Balance adjustments to ensure accuracy in customer accounts.
• Create and manage detailed payment reports.
• Maintain effective communication flow with the Fraud and Customer Care teams.
Requirements:
• An understanding and experience using MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of fraud and payment processing.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• A proactive and 'can do’ approach.
• Strong analytical skills and close attention to detail.
• Good organisational skills and ability to efficiently manage workload.
• An interest or understand of online casino, sportsbook and crypto would be an advantage.
