Payments Manager Duties - Mat Cover

A reputable company based in Clifton and Emersons Green, seeking a Payment Manager to cover a 7-9 months maternity contract. Our company values flexibility and work-life balance, allowing you to work 3 days from home and 2 days in the office. The role offers a flexible start and finish time between 8/9 AM to 4/5 PM.
Your new role
As the Payment Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Processing Invoices: Assist during busy times by handling invoices promptly.
• Payment Runs: Conduct fortnightly payment runs.
• Utilities Management: Interact with a Management Company regarding utilities.
• Statement Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of statements.
• VAT Return Checks: Verify VAT returns.
• Email Management: Monitor the inbox and respond efficiently.
• Ad Hoc Duties: Be prepared to handle any other tasks as needed.
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: Previous experience in payment management or related roles.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for accuracy and precision.
