What will you be doing as a Payroll Administrator?
· Assisting with processing company expenses Via online portal
· Monthly expenses reporting
· Supporting the payroll team with weekly admin
· Organising and distributing payroll queries to the relevant person
· Responding to general admin queries
· Assisting with weekly sick pay reporting and processing
· Collating payroll information for the payroll team
· First point of contact for incoming calls within the payroll team
· Preparing the weekly employees to be paid each week.
What we require for the role of Payroll Administration?
· Previous payroll experience is essential
· Strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
· Understanding of the collective agreements.
· Weekly payroll experience is desirable.
· Excellent communication skills.
· Good team player.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Problem solving skills.

· Flexible working hours 37.5 hours Monday -Friday you can choose when you want to start and finish
· Hybrid 2 days a week from home
