About the Role:
As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day administration of client payrolls across various pay frequencies. From ensuring timely RTI submissions to processing end-of-year forms P60, your expertise will contribute to the smooth operation of our payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage payroll administration for clients, covering weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, and monthly pay cycles.
- Process manual payroll calculations accurately and efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Proactively engage with HMRC to address technical queries.
- Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum three years of experience in payroll administration, preferably within a payroll bureau environment.
- Familiarity with Sage 50 Payroll is advantageous, though training will be provided.
- Proficiency in IT tools and systems.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Minimum GCSEs of C grade or above in Maths and English.
