Responsibilities
- Ensure payment of all salary and wages across three entities in the group
- Record and review all timesheet information for hourly paid colleagues and resolution of any timesheet queries
- Ensure appropriate deductions are applied based on communication with HMRC
- Maintain up to date records of employee information
- Preparation and submission of monthly pension information
- Preparation of salary and wages journals as part of monthly financial reporting processes
- Work closely with HR to ensure alignment of cross department procedures
Experience
- Experience using Sage Payroll system
- Organised and structured approach
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
