Payroll Advisor - Up to GBP30k basic Remote North-West Based
We are currently working with a successful Payroll and HR advisory and due to growth; they are looking for a Payroll Advisor to join their North West team on a remote basis.

Typical day to day:
- Manage payroll clients portfolio, ensuring timely pay runs and accurate records in the in-house system.
- Calculate all Statutory Payments (SMP, SSP, SPP etc)
- Understand and advise clients on auto enrolment pensions
- Provide client support via phone and email, staying updated on HMRC guidelines.
- Handle payroll admin tasks like post, documentation, and pension contributions.
- Attend client meetings to meet new business targets.
- Support team members and maintain required skills.
- Perform other duties as needed
Who/what are we looking for?
- Similar experience in a payroll bureau or on internal payroll
- CIPP qualification desirable but not essential
- Must know payroll off screen and know the calculations behind payroll
- Strong Excel and Microsoft skills
- Thorough understanding of UK Payroll and accurate numeracy is essential
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ambition are highly valued.
- Strong attention to detail.
