Search Consultancy have partnered exclusivity with a SME services business based in South Birmingham to recruit a Payroll Advisor. This role joins a tenured team who has grown through aquisition.
There is an opportunity to grow further in the position and take on several payrolls whilst supporting the UK Payroll Manager.
Preferable skills required:
- Monthly payroll experience
- Gross to net calculations manually
- Dealing with complex queries
- Reconciliations
- Preparation of P11D's
Personal profile:
- Good communication skills
- Interacting with senior stakeholder
- Wanting to develop skills and grow
Salary is:
£30,000 - £35,000.
Excellent holidays are offered along with flexible hours and hybrid working (3 days in office)
