Description
You may be required but will not be limited to:
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee information
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies promptly
- Collaborate with HR and Finance departments
- Comply with national and international payroll regulations
- Prepare reports for upper management, finance department and auditors
- Manage taxation and deduction processes
- Participate in payroll system improvements and testing
Profile
- Familiarity with payroll software
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Good understanding of payroll tax laws
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
