This is the perfect role for an experienced Payroll Executive with a real love for the smaller details, to join our ever-growing portfolio of hotels. You’ll be responsible for managing the Payroll and People administration for an area of allocated hotels.

What you’ll be doing as Payroll Executive

  • Run relevant Hotels monthly payroll to the agreed deadlines
  • Resolving payroll related queries
  • Maintaining payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Accurately processing employee take-home pay
  • Conducting regular audits of employee records and provide timely reports to hotel managers
  • Supporting the central management of benefits
  • Completing the annual pay review and bonus processes
  • Maintain absence management and holiday records
  • Complete offer letters, contracts, and right to work checks for new starters.

What’ll make you a great fit for this Payroll Executive role

  • Experience in Payroll is a MUST
  • You will be confident and have lots of success in accurately processing payroll, conducting audits and resolving pay queries
  • You’ll like working at pace, in an ever-changing environment where decisions are made fast
  • We get that you like numbers. But you’ll also love people too – and as a result, have great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Details? You love them.
  • Systems wise – if you have Cintra & EPS experience that’s a big plus!
