This is an opportunity for a Payroll Assistant to join an established, growing organisation in Chalgrove on a temporary PAYE basis to start as soon as possible. Both part and full time applicants will be considered for this role.

Description
The Payroll Assistant will:
- Be responsible for both weekly and monthly payroll (100 monthly, 250 weekly)
- Verify how many hours employees have worked
- Record payroll data in the company's software system
- Calculate overtime, salary increases and shift payments
- Process holiday, sick and maternity pay
- Issue P45s and other necessary tax forms
- Maintain compliant policies and procedures
- Deduct tax and national insurance payments
Profile
The Payroll Assistant will be/have:
- Payroll experience (both weekly and monthly)
- Sage Line 50 and Nest Pensions experience is desirable but not essential
- Computer literate with good communication skills
- Be immediately available
