Role Overview:
As a Payroll Assistant, you will be involved in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for our clients. System training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the process and management of end-to-end payroll using Sage 50 software
- Maintain accurate payroll records and resolve discrepancies
- Handle queries from clients regarding payroll matters
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless payroll operations
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience as a Payroll Assistant
- Knowledge of Sage 50 software preferable
- An understanding of payroll legislation and compliance
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
