We are seeking a dedicated Payroll & Benefits Advisor to join our Accounting & Finance department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely payrolls, and managing employee benefits.

Description

• Manage and oversee the entire payroll process for accuracy and timeliness.
• Administer employee benefits and respond to queries related to benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all payroll and benefits related regulations.
• Coordinate with the HR department for new hires, terminations, and employee updates.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly payroll reports.
• Resolve any payroll discrepancies and provide payroll-related support to employees.
• Work with payroll vendors and service providers.
• Assist in the development and implementation of payroll procedures and policies.

Profile

A successful Payroll & Benefits Advisor should have:

• A solid understanding of payroll and benefits administration.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• A degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of financial services industry regulations and compliance requirements.
