Payroll & Benefits Advisor

You\'ll be working for a well-known private sector business in central Swindon.
Your new role
You\'ll be ensuring that colleagues are paid accurately and on time and benefits are correctly administered with a strong focus on reporting and customer service. Acting as a specialist and point of escalation.
Key Responsibilities Include:

• Support with the management of payroll services
• Working collaboratively with the Payroll, Systems, Reward, and other Services functions.
• Compile, process and review payroll information to produce timely and accurate payments.
• Support with internal and external auditing requests
• Resolve system and process issues
• Other ad hoc duties are required by the services\' manager.

What you\'ll need to succeed

• Excellent payroll experience of managing weekly & monthly payrolls.
• Advanced understanding of MS Excel (Pivot tables, Vlookups, Macros).
• Have the ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders at all levels of seniority.
• Good understanding of Pensions and automatic enrolment.
