The Role
This is a multi-faceted role providing exceptional service to internal stakeholders and colleagues by administering benefit schemes membership and contributions. Dealing with internal queries on this matter and providing reporting to relevant internal and external stakeholders. Ownership and execution of yearly benefit related events particularly P11d as well as monthly compliance activity such as National Minimum Wage checks and Auto Enrolment.
What you’ll do day to day
- SAYE and YBS reporting and balance analysis
- P11d ownership and delivery
- Health scheme analysis and Invoicing
- Pensions opt outs and changes administered in payroll system and relevant reporting produced
- Casual Holiday payment reporting and analysis
- CTW approvals and deductions
- Legacy overtime rate analysis and administration
- Cash+ Pension refund processing
- Cover+ Life Assurance New starter setup
- BACS day checking for benefit schemes and NMW

- Excellent advanced excel skills
- HR and Payroll systems understanding and experience helpful
- Pension and benefit knowledge including P11d calculations

- Able to work collaboratively with internal teams
