About the role?.....
You'll have UK Payroll Bureau experience and you'll be confident with running end-to-end processes. Managing and processing monthly payroll for around 160 clients with varied staff numbers and payroll cycles.
You are ambitious, want to take accountability and can work very well under pressure to strict deadlines, this does not phase you.
You can work independently and are happy to offer ideas for change or new processes that have worked for you in the past to add value - You will be listened to!
You may be working full-time or looking for a reduced 4-day week, this role can be adapted to suit both! You will have the autonomy to make this role your own and manage your own workload.
Because you have experience in a similar payroll position, building relationships comes second to none to you and you're able to build a rapport with your clients.
