Role: Payroll Implementation Executive
Location: Reading/ Manchester/ Glasgow/ London
Salary: £33,000
Hybrid: 1 day in the office
We have partnered with an accountancy firm with offices based nationwide who are currently looking for a Payroll Associate to join their growing payroll team.
The client is looking for someone who is both comfortable working proactively and managing their own tasks, as well as confident collaborating with others and communicating regularly with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively.
Responsibilities include:
- To ensure all clients' payrolls are Implemented and processed accurately and in a timely manner and assist senior members of the department with all aspects of payroll.
- Implementing payrolls across a diverse client base
- Processing a portfolio of client payrolls
- Creating processing documentation as required
- Documenting client procedures and front sheets
- Updating of payroll on-boarding documents.
- Assist with internal communications/ relationships with relevant departments.
- Keeping up to date with legislation and how it may affect clients.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years experience within a similar position
- Experience within a fast paced organisation
- A strong work ethic and willingness to assist other members of the team when required.
- Able to multi-task and to prioritise payroll workload
