SalaryJoining our busy Payroll team, you will ensure the effective payroll processing is completed and in time with Atlanta’s SLA’s. You will also be responsible for the processing of payroll administration for the current month’s pay-run including the setting up of new Starters and calculating leavers.
You will be responsible for:
- Payroll administration of over 1800 users
- Payrolling of Medical Benefits
- Processing Auto-enrolment via our Salary sacrifice pension scheme, including reconciliation and uploads
- Managing Enhanced Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Pay in according with our T&C’s, along with any Statutory calculations
- Answering any payroll related queries in order to resolve any payroll discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of colleagues pay.
- To ensure the calculation of PAYE liabilities are in accordance with HMRC legislation.
- Ensuring that net wages are uploaded into our banking systems to required deadlines.
- The integration of various company payroll systems and parallel runs when required.
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Substantial experience of processing large volume payroll runs.
- Experience of payrolling benefits
- Experience of integrating company payroll systems
- Strong software knowledge including system setup
