Payroll Manager

Three Bridges Recruitment are currently working on behalf of a very large company with operations across the world. This role would be based at their central UK office in Stirling. This company are looking for a Payroll Manager to join their team with a particular eye for detail and a drive to progress within a large organisation. This role would form the go-to position in the team so good people skills are essential.

Job

The role of Payroll Manager will give you the opportunity to be involved with the following:

• Full responsibility for end-to-end processing of payroll for all UK employees and pensioners in a timely fashion
• Process and apply adjustments to salaries due to a variety of circumstances
• Maintain a good awareness of relevant deductions across all employees
• Responsibility for setting the payroll timetable for the upcoming year
• Preparing and submitting all year end requirements
• Adhere to Sox and audit requirements
• Continuous process improvement
• Manage staff queries regarding pay and other relevant matters
• Responsible for minimum wage checks monthly
• Responsible for company care document completion
• New system implementation

You

As a Payroll Manager you will be skilled &/or qualified in the following:

• Previous experience of year end management within busy payroll departments
• Excellent IT skills, especially Excel
• Good communicator, able to work closely with staff at all levels
• Ideally CIPP qualified but QBE will be considered
