Payroll Manager

You’ll be accomplished in overseeing payroll in a multi-site environment and for a medium sized organisation but perhaps you’re hungry for a change, where you can join an evolving business and play a key role in the delivery and evolution of the pay offering.Payroll Manager – iTrentPermanentCrickHybrid – Flexible 2 days in the office£50,000 + 15% bonus + enhanced pensionYou’ll join a central HR function and lead on payroll activity, working with the MSP to ensure continued high service delivery of payroll services. Key relationships to manage will be with the Head of HR Services, Bureau and, of course, your team.You will oversee payroll, which is a mix of monthly and weekly, and where a percentage of colleagues receive variable monthly bonuses. Your first priority, of course, is to ensure the accurate pay for all employees but you will also look to improve processes, enhance employee experience in regard to pay and benefits, resolve escalations and support the ongoing reward and benefits strategy. Managing pension and benefits providers will also form part of your team’s responsibility.Longer term, you will have the opportunity to expand your remit into more improvement initiatives, projects and reward strategy.What is our client looking for?You will be an experienced Payroll Manager with experience delivering monthly and weekly payroll services to a large workforce and have experienced working with iTrent.
